It is strictly forbidden to enter the construction sites without wearing a hard hat, work shoes, reflective vest and protective glasses. These materials are given to the employees in advance and necessary controls are carried out continuously.

In addition, the company structure, which attaches great importance to the continuity of the employment it provides, lives long-lasting histories with its employees.

Making construction sites safe is a high priority for Türeli Yapı. To ensure this, our professional team inspects construction sites on a full-time basis.

Other duties of occupational safety experts are:

  • Establishment of safe working systems on construction sites and consultancy
  • Supervise that all site personnel are on site and working in accordance with current legal requirements
  • To ensure that the necessary health checks of the employees are carried out regularly
  • To review the knowledge of existing employees and operators about occupational safety
  • Reviewing risk assessments to ensure best practice
  • Making improvements to prevent recurrence by making evaluations on all accidents and risks experienced.
