Description of work : Housing Project
The construction of a total of 57 apartments consisting of Evette Residence A and B blocks has been completed.
The building, which is the first project where the smart system is applied for the first time in Ankara, has doors that open with fingerprints. In addition, thanks to the control panels in each apartment, smart apartments have been built with the management of exterior and interior doors, apartment management, control of lights, weather, camera records and many other functions.
The project dominates the Dikmen Valley, the most popular area of Ankara, and has 1 million m2 of green space in front of it.
The exterior of the building, which has an enormous visual view, is made of sandwich composite panels brought from abroad, which are rarely used in Turkey.
